My mother fell in the bathtub a few weeks ago. Thankfully she was not injured but this left me concerned for her; living so far away I had no way of helping her install a permanent Grab Bar and her finances would not allow paying a contractor for such. Due to hygiene concerns no bathroom products returns will be accepted. If the product is unused, in original packing, and within 14 days of purchase you may call for a Return Authorization number. If approved a 15% restocking fee will be deducted along will all shipping cost. Written authorization is required prior to the return of any product for credit. Returns received without approval will not be credited. Collect shipments and/or unauthorized returns are subject to refusal. Authorized returns must be shipped back to Grabit in original carton and must include all parts, accessories, and product instructions to receive a refund.
